Overview
Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership (CSHSCP) are keen to learn from citizens living across Clackmannanshire and Stirling how they wish to see Adult Services delivered in communities.
What happens next
This survey is the start of the conversation. Throughout the length of the Strategic Commissioning Plan (2023-2033) we will be asking for your opinions on how services should be delivered and asking you to help us design them.
