Overview

Palliative and end of life care helps improve the quality of life for someone who has a life-limiting illness, by offering services, advice, information, referrals and support. While this can be a challenging time, there are important conversations involved.

We need views from both personal and professional perspectives to help us develop our strategic thinking around community palliative and end of life care services.

Who is the consultation for? 

Professionals and people with experience of Palliative and End of Life Care, or anyone who has views on this topic, but may not have experienced it themselves.
